The Course has use of a classroom and access to beautiful woodland locations. You will explore and experience a rich variety of activities that will connect you and your groups with nature and it’s benefits to physical and mental health and well-being.
On the course you will:
- understand the basic theory and practice of mindfulness and how its benefits are enhanced by being in a woodland
- be confident to lead groups in a variety of mindful activities in woodlands
- have a toolkit of activities to use in woodlands and nature
- explored the power of woodlands to enhance your creativity.
