Cherry’s Real Food Café and the Woodland Hall at the Green Wood Centre are managed by Polly Cherry of Cherry Event Catering.

Apart from 25 years in Event Management, Polly is also an experienced and enthusiastic cook so her skills have combined together to run this truly unique and beautiful venue nestling in its own woodlands in the Ironbridge Gorge.

Woodland Hall

This is an award winning environmentally friendly building, with a striking and unique architectural look, offering a tranquil yet at the same time vibrant atmosphere.

It is an ideal cost effective venue for conferences, meetings and events for up to 70 delegates where cost is not compromised by facilities or service.

The “WOW” factor of the hall combined with our food and level of service will ensure your special event will be one to remember.

Polly Cherry has over 25 years experience in event management and with our small team who pride themselves on their level of customer care, we can assure you of a successful and stressfree event.

Cherry’s Real Food Cafe

We take a great pride in our food at the Café , we like it to be fresh, seasonal, made with great produce and, above all, delicious. Our menu is principally vegetarian but we are happy to cook delectable dishes using locally sourced organic meat. Apart from cooking for an ever changing menu at the café, Cherry Event Catering also supplies the catering for all functions at the Green Wood Centre, as well off site events.

Café open to the Public from Wednesday – Sunday 11.00 – 3.00 p.m. Group bookings welcome at any time by appointment.
