Help us to do more for small woodlands

Over half the UK’s woodlands are neglected, overlooked, under-valued and are in danger of disappearing. Woodlands need our care and protection to realise their potential.

When managed and used well, our woodlands are vital to thriving local economies, wildlife, and the wellbeing of local communities, as well as hugely valuable in the fight against climate change.

We enable more sustainable woodland management by supporting networks of woodland owners and managers with our knowledge and advice. We also use our community expertise to increase the number of productive woodlands.

We need your help to continue this vital work and to run the Green Wood Centre as a hub for skills sharing and advice.

10 people giving £2 per month each = £240 a year which would buy tools for Forest School and Social Forestry projects

20 people giving £3 per month = £720 a year which would pay for a woodland safety assessment for community use

50 people giving £2 per month = £1,200 a year which would help fund a Regional Coordinator to deliver advice to woodland owners and managers

150 people giving £3 per month =£5,400 a year which would set up a campaign to highlight the need for better managed woodlands

You can choose to make a one-off or regular donation, which will be processed through Stripe’s secure servers. Thank you for your help!

I want to Gift Aid my donation and any donations I make in the future to Small Woods. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
