Cynefin 'Green Health Hub' - Carmarthenshire

We are working in partnership with University Wales Trinity St David to develop the future of the Cynefin ‘Green Health Hub’, and have received a total of £270,000 in funding. We will be bringing a wide range of 6-week programmes and one-off activities for local people in Carmarthenshire to access and learn how the wonders of nature can support health and wellbeing.
