The dream of owning a woodland can differ from the reality! We are here to help you identify and navigate the challenges. 

Hugh Williams from John Clegg and Co values and sell existing woodlands throughout England and Wales. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, he will be talking about what to look out for when buying a woodland and when you own one, the current state of the market as well as the tax advantages of woodlands, insurance and management issues. This talk is aimed at anyone who owns, or would like to own, a small woodland.
