About our speaker:
Coming from a farming background, since October 2016 Virginia has worked to promote and support the increase of new woodland cover within the Central Scotland Conservancy Area, helping to meet the Scottish Governments Climate Change Action Plan targets. Within this she primarily aim’s to help landowners understand the potential opportunities associated with the integration of forestry into existing rural businesses and to highlight the related grant funding opportunities.
