Tutor: Tom Dillon

A great opportunity to become familiar with the the key elements of green wood crafts, and have a go at a range of different techniques.

You will learn:

- Sawing, splitting and cleaving

- Properties of different woods

- Turning on the Pole Lathe

- Mortise and tenon joints

- Weaving

- Finishing

You will also be able to work on a number of craft projects of your choice including spatulas, spoons, milking stools, framed hurdles and pole lathed items.
